请问我的朋友是从大陆来美国的护士，现在是F1身份在语言学校，如果她通过考试后拿到visascreen证书，但是没有opt，会有医院愿意sponsor她吗？ 这种情况下没有工卡，能直接找医院的工作吗？ 还是要等到I485 以后。。请教。。


It's possible that some prospective employers may sponsor the Schedule A (RN) immigrant petition for one who does not have OPT or other EAD yet, because the job offer can be for a future position, but your friend will have to wait till I-485 becomes viable (meaning, when there is visa number for an RN). Currently, we still don't have good news.
